Harry was admitted to practice in 2015 and is an experienced estate lawyer who can assist with drawing Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Advance Care Directives, grants of probate and letters of administration, from the simple to the complex.
Harry has advised clients ranging from laypeople, other estate practitioners, and even current and former members of the judiciary on the due and proper administration of deceased estates.
Harry also has significant experience acting for clients in estate disputes, with a focus on negotiating fair and expedient settlement to prevent estates from being unnecessarily burdened with significant legal costs, while also ensuring his clients’ interests are protected.
With a friendly demeanour, Harry is prepared to go the extra mile to provide a high level of service for his clients.
